Dynamic Traveling Combos & Transitions for Stage - $30
Namira will share her experience in classical ballet to emphasize posture, body lines, foot patterns, and presentation.
NAMIRA is a professional dancer, choreographer, and instructor of many styles of dance. She started her dance training in Classical Ballet. She has won several titles, including 2011 Belly Dancer of the Year and 2009 Entertainer of the Year. She is the director and choreographer of Jaouahir Tahoe, 2011 Troupe of the Year and 2007 Trio of the Year. In September, she produces the Jewel of the Sierra Belly Dance Competition, which is now in its 4th year. Cool Techniques for Audience Amazement - $30
Add new movements with beautiful combinations: isolate, pop and lock! We'll go through muscular, breathing, and abdominal techniques for up & down rolling, flutter shimmies, and layering movements with all kinds of shimmies.
NATIKA is an award-winning performer, instructor, and choreographer. Her dance career started in Russia where she performed Russian Gypsy and Indian styles of the Rom Dance. She also performed as a belly dancer for concerts and festivals in Moscow. Since coming to the U.S. Natika has studied Raks Sharki and Tribal Style belly dance with several Bay Area instructors.
