Vending spaces are limited. Please email Jennifer if you are interested in vending in 2022.
General Information
Due to the configuration of the available area, all spaces must be pre-assigned. Fees are listed below. The base registration fee includes either one table or one rack and one assistant. Please note that food and drink are not allowed inside the theater.
Fees
$70.00 - Registration and one table OR one single rack OR one double rack
$70.00 - Second table or double rack
$70.00 - Third table or double rack
$55.00 - Second single rack
$55.00 - Third single rack
Setup
Doors open for set-up at 10:30am on Saturday May 28. Setup is not possible any earlier. Doors open to the public at 11:30am on Saturday and the competition begins at 1:00pm. The competition ends at 10pm. We must strike and exit the facility by 11pm; no exceptions.
Shopping Time
The schedule provides time for people to shop before the show and during the intermissions. There is also a 1-1/2 hour break on Saturday between segments. Vendors are responsible for their own cash boxes and inventory at all times.
Seller's Permit Status
The State of California Board of Equalization requires that we document the permit status of all our exhibitors. Details here: http://www.boe.ca.gov/formspubs/pub111/index.html. A permit is not required if you are an occasional seller. Please fill out this form http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe410d.pdf and email it to bellydanceroftheyear@gmail.com. If you are not able to scan a signed copy, please bring a hard copy to the competition.
