Please note that there is only one day of competition this year, Saturday May 25. Fees are lower to reflect this change. Exhibitors are located in the lobby of the theater. There is also limited space upstairs. Racks are not available. A limited number of tables are available. If you are able to bring your own table(s) please let us know. Due to the configuration of the available area, all spaces must be pre-assigned. Fees are listed below. Exhibitor registration fee includes either one table or one rack and one assistant. Food and drink are not allowed in the theater.
Doors open for set-up at 10:00am on Saturday. Setup is not possible any earlier. Doors open to the public at 11am and the competition begins at 12:30pm.
The schedule provides time for people to shop before the show, during intermissions, and during the 1-1/2 hour break between segments. BDOY volunteers are assigned to be present while you are watching the performances; however, exhibitors are responsible for their own cash boxes and inventory at all times. The evening competition will end at approximately 10:30pm. We must strike by 11pm.
Seller's Permit Status
The State of California Board of Equalization requires that we document the permit status of all our exhibitors. Details here: http://www.boe.ca.gov/formspubs/pub111/index.html. A permit is not required if you are an occasional seller. Please fill out this form http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe410d.pdf and send us a copy. Upload it with your application or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are not able to scan a signed copy, please bring a hard copy to the competition.
