General Instructions

  1. Download and fill out the Competition Application & Liability Release. Typed or handwritten applications will be accepted.

  2. Submit your completed application and release via email or snail mail.

  3. Pay your entry fees via PayPal, or snail mail a check with your application. The entry fee for each category is $100.

  4. Email your completed application to info@bellydanceroftheyear.net, or snail mail it to Belly Dancer of the Year Pageant, 1235 Boulevard Way, Walnut Creek, CA 94595.

  5. Please remember to sign both the application and release. Each member of your duo, trio, troupe, or ensemble must read and sign the General Liability, Acknowledgement, and Releases.

  6. Your application is not complete until we received both your payment and a signed application.
