Below are the applications and liability releases and PayPal links for performers and exhibitors. The applications contain complete Belly Dancer of the Year rules and regulations. You can also pay entry fees with a check. Just snail mail it with your application. If you pay via PayPal, you can snail mail your completed application or scan and email it.

Please be sure to print the entire Application and Liability Release. There are a total of six pages. Your application will not be considered complete unless you fill out and submit both the application and the liability release.
